Currently we only despatch within the UK, we do not despatch to any other countries.

Order amount between £20 and £40	£8.99
Order amount between £40 and £100	£7.99
Order amount between £100 and £200	£6.99
Order amount > £200	FREE

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail or other couries will keep your package at your local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened(Still sealed and including all original packaging, tags and any free items) and we will issue a refund. We do not provide returns on any shipping costs incurred and goods that are return for restocking will be charged a minimum of 12% restocking fee and a testing charge of £10.00 + vat. Cucuba shall reserve the right to refuse to restock any items which are incomplete and/or not in their original packaging.

Before returning any items to us please insure that you have clarified the following:

Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Once you have verified the above points follow the steps below or those outlined in the return slip in order to process a refund:

E-mail admin@cucuba.co.uk to notify us that you will be returning your item(s) to us and explaining reason for return.
Complete the included return slip
After safely packaging the item we recommend using a Recorded Delivery service to return the item to the return address comes with the delivery package. If you are not sure please contact we will let you know the warehouse address.
CuCuBa are not liable for loss or damage of any items returned.
As soon as we receive your item we will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. Please note this process may take up to two weeks.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost.

Other Information

If you have recently placed an order with us and you have not received your item please contact us at admin@cucuba.co.uk If you have not received all of the items you ordered from us please note it may be necessary to send your items in more than one delivery, even if you have requested that you receive them all together. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. If you have been sent the wrong ttem, as soon as you receive the wrong item, please notify us by e-mailing us at admin@cucuba.co.uk. We will then despatch the correct item to you as soon as we have received the returned item from you. Please refer to our returns policy before sending the item to us and we will refund your reasonable delivery charges.

Cancelling an Order

If you have accidentally placed an order or just changed your mind this is not a problem. Please e-mail us at admin@cucuba.co.uk and providing your order has not already been despatched to you then we will provide you with a refund. If, however, your item has already been despatched to you then please return to our returns policy.
